The guidelines are easy.
1. Pick one Dragonborn character you have (It can be your favourite Dragonborn, your newest one or the one you had one of the weirdest playthrough with, but just one )
2. Answer a couple of questions, you can add some questions afterwards.
3. Pick (or not) two or three people and tag them.

Tell us a little bit about your Dragonborn. Who they are, what race they are, you know, the basic stuff.

Noga is an Argonian explorer and researcher from the capital of Black Marsh. He is curious and intelligent, and truly seeks to understand everything-- even the very workings of the universe itself. At the age of 20, Noga left his native Black Marsh in order to begin his personal lifetime goal of exploring every province in Tamriel. Among the first areas Noga wanted to explore was Skyrim, for it is a place that very few of his people have ever seen. Thus began his Skyrim adventure as we know it.

What type of person are they? Will they help the helpless, or will they stab someone in the back after getting paid?

Noga is kind-hearted and very civil, always seeking a diplomatic solution as opposed to a violent one. That being said, he never steals from anyone or harms the innocent, and dislikes criminals of all types. He has an intense sense of kinship with members of his own species, and would never, under any circumstance, harm a fellow Argonian. While he is kind-hearted enough to give gold to the homeless and play an occasional game of tag with the children of Skyrim, Noga will not shy from combat, especially if it is in the defense of a fellow Argonian, or any member of any race who he has deemed a friend. In combat, he prefers to utilize stealth to his advantage, silently eliminating his foes one by one.

Where does your Dragonborn live? Have they got a nice little house in Whiterun, or the ridiculously expensive manor in Solitude?

Although Noga owns other homes in Solitude, Markarth, and Riften, he currently resides in his humble residence in Whiterun.

Does your Dragonborn make their own equipment (weapons/armour/potions/enchantments) or are they utterly lazy and keep looting everything they use?

Noga's superior equipment has won him many a battle in his travels. He prefers to wear Glass Armor (Which is more elegant than Dragoscale in his opinion), and wields a Daedric Waraxe, as well as Mehrunes' Razor when preforming sneak attacks (All of this equipment is, of course, of legendary quality and dual-enchanted).

Did your Dragonborn get married and who was the lucky person? And how did they find married life?

Noga's travels in Skyrim eventually did lead him to his future wife, Shahvee. He was always attracted to her, simply because he had never met anyone who had ever been so kind to him. He also learned a substantial amount from her ability to be happy in even the most adverse of conditions. They currently reside in Whiterun, mainly because it is a politically stable city, and Noga would be very concerned about Shahvee's safety anywhere else in Skyrim.

Do you have any favourite Shouts? And any favourite moments using a Shout?

Noga prefers to utilize Unrelenting Force (Especially when his foes are near a cliff), and is also known to use Fire Breath, Whirlwind Sprint, Slow Time, and, of course, Dragonrend.

It happened to us all, the Dragonborn got an early ticket to Sovngarde. So whats the dumbest way you got yours killed?

There are many humiliating moments that I might share here, though I will tell only one: Noga was once curious about how long it would take for him to hit the bottom of the mountain from High Hrothgar's courtyard. He preformed a self test.

Almost done. Did you join any groups? Or did you just run around doing your own thing?

Noga is currently Archmage at the College of Winterhold. There is a myriad of reasons he never joined other groups. He saw becoming a werewolf as an affront to his Argonian nature, thus he never joined the Companions. He also never joined the Thieves Guild or the Dark Brotherhood because they both commit horrible crimes, while Noga is very law-abiding.

Imperial or Stormcloaks? Your thoughts?

Noga's allegiance lies with whatever will best benefit his Argonian brothers and sisters. The Stormcloaks are exremely racist towards his kind and if they were to win, the Argonians in Skyrim would be likely to be in grave danger. Still, the Imperials have attempted (And failed) to invade Black Marsh in the past. If the Imperials win the war, they may eventually turn their efforts to attempting to invade us again. Thus, Noga has concluded that neither side is preferable, and that for now, it is best that the civil war remain at a standstill.
